We’ve just had the most wonderful time hearing a selection of songs about America from the cutest group of children from the Happy Days Day-Care. They came to wish our residents a Happy Valentines Day. Each child made a valentine to deliver to the residents along with a huge Happy Valentines Day hug. Thank you Happy Days Day-Care.
Thank you to the local Montessori School for bringing their students to trick or treat with our residents. You can see our staff and visiting nurses dressed up along with them!
Do you know what cake pops are? Neither do I, but our residents at Mayberry Gardens do now. Special thanks to the family members of Lou for all their help and coming out to volunteer. The residents loved decorating the cake pops but enjoyed eating them much more.
Mayberry Gardens is hosting a canned food drive to benefit the ACTS Methodist Church Pantry. This pantry provides meals and food for local residents in need.
